• Display a Privacy, Terms and Conditions along with any other required legal disclaimers
• Use best practice conducting email marketing never resorting to SPAM
• Use a trusted and well known secure payment processor to give maximum consumer confidence and protection
• Display full contact details on their website and on their JointWinWin directory listings
• Actively solicit feedback from their customers  

This is to protect consumers from rogue traders and provide the highest level of confidence possible.

Charitable Donations

As a member of JointWinWin, you as a business (or business owner) agree to donate a minimum of 0.8% of your gross business revenue to legitimate registered charities.

Charities affiliated with CAFOnline.org or JustGiving.com are recognised as "legitimate" charities.

You as a business (or business owner) agree to include easily accessible information outlining your privacy policy, terms of use and any disclaimers which are required by your country in law.

SPAM

You as a business (or business owner) agree to conduct email marketing in an ethical fashion never resorting to the use of unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). Failure to do so will result in removal from the JointWinWin directory.

Payment Processing

You as a business (or business owner) agree to make utilise secure payment processors to afford consumers maximum protection during any online transactions.

You as a business (or business owner) agree to make provide up to date contact details on your website and JointWinWin directory page so customers can contact you quickly and easily in the event of need and to show transparency.

Active Feedback

You as a business (or business owner) agree to actively seek feedback from your customers to ensure they are happy with your service. Customers can provide feedback on your detailed listing page where there are review and ratings functions.  

Self Regulation

You as a business professional agree to honour all commitments/guarantees and seek to resolve any disputes in a fair and expeditious manner.

Failure to adhere to the JointWinWin code of ethics will result in business removal from the JointWinWin community.
